CF-How did you get into cosplay, who did you portray first, and why?
A military friend got me into cosplaying, Deadpool was my first character because I’ve always liked him and he’s pretty damn cool.
CF-What’s the best part of cosplay?
I love all of it but the creative side by far is my favorite part. Starting a build with no instructions, trying to figure out all the steps, watching it come to life as you progress and then seeing reactions you get onnce it’s finished is absolutely awesome.
CF-If you could be any super hero or villain who would you be and why?
Deathstroke, honestly no explanation needed.
CF-If you could meet anyone in the world dead or alive who would it be and what would you say to them?
Abraham Lincoln, I would simply say Thank you.
CF-What’s your favorite sci-fi movie and what captivates about the plot?
Star Wars. good vs evil.
CF-What sidekick would you hire to be your personal assistant and why?
Kid Flash, so he could run to Home Depot, Lowes and walmart to pick up stuff I always forget when I’m in the middle of a build.
CF-What character intimidates the heck out of you, why, and when will you attempt take the challenge to portray them?
Hulk, because he’s so unpredictable. nope.
CF-Do you know a lot about the series you cosplay?
CF-What’s your favorite comic con to attend and what makes it so special?
MegaCon, it’s right in my back yard and the fans are crazy. 🙂
CF-What comic con’s are definitely attending this year?
My next con will TBCC.
CF-What’s one thing you wish fans wouldn’t do?
No complaints from me on this one.
CF-Who was your favorite character to portray and what rocked about it?
Skeletor, the kids loved him and his voice is pretty cool. Myahhh!
CF-How do you keep cosplay fun?
Always be in creation mode and always make time for fans that appreciate what you build.
CF-Where can new fans go to follow you?
Facebook and Twitter under Maxx-grey
CF-Other than this interview, what’s the craziest thing you agreed to do?
During the military I was a air assault instructer. Jumping out of a perfectly good helicopter 200 feet in the air on a rope head first is pretty crazy.
CF-In your opinion what’s the meaning of life?
Happiness, try and appreciate every moment good or bad, and take time to realize just how lucky we are to be here.
